Nomination, application procedure, documentation and deadlines Before coming to the TMH
1. Agreement
We only accept students from universities or other <link naar Internationale minor> with
whom we have an inter-institutional agreement.

2. Nomination
Students must be nominated by their university and the university must confirm the
nominations to the Thomas More Hogeschool.
Universities should send us an email <internationalisation@thomasmorehs.nl> with the
following information of each nominee:
- First name and Surname
- Male, female, other
- Email address
- Exchange period and duration (in months)
- Type of exchange (study or internship)
- Home institution
- Studies at home institution

Nomination deadlines

• Autumn semester (from September to January) Study and Internship: 15 April
• Spring semester (from January to June) Internship: 15 October

Application deadlines

• Autumn semester (from September to January) Study and Internship: 25 April
• Spring semester (from January to June) Internship: 30 October

3. Period for processing applications
A decision will be sent to each student regarding the application from the international
coordinators.
• Autumn semester and whole academic year applications: mid/late May
• Spring semester applications: late November

4. General information
Once the acceptance period has been closed, the international coordinators will contact all
the accepted students to welcome them to TMH and give them further advice for their stay:

5. Insurance
We strongly recommend that before arrival at TMH all our international exchange students
take out comprehensive insurance with worldwide cover for every conceivable risk during
your exchange stay in The Netherlands.
